What should I do to insert my property for sale/rent on your site?
To place a property on our website and be able to count on our expertise in mediation, simply contact us through one of the ways indicated in the contact section of our website. Depending on your needs, you can make an appointment or carry out all the operations online. We will then ask you to provide us with information about the status and characteristics of your property along with photographs (or if you prefer we will be able to click them) that can be useful in showing the property.
Is it possible to get an estimate of my property?
Yes. Concurrently with the assignment of the property we will be pleased to offer you an opinion about the price at which to propose the property.
Are there any documents necessary for the inclusion of my property among your offers?
Yes. The first necessary document is the assignment, necessarily given in writing form, with which you instructs us to find buyers / tenants for your property.
If the building object of the assignment is a building, in accordance with Legislative Decree 192/2005 we will further need an APE (energy performance certificate) drawn up by a qualified technician (eg: architect, engineer, surveyor).
Besides these two compulsory documents, plans could be very useful.
How is the commission due to the Agency determined?
Unless otherwise agreed between the contracting parties, the payment of the commission falls on both parties involved in the contract of sale or lease / rent.
The commission due to us is generally determined according to the tables of uses that can be consulted on the website of the Chieti-Pescara Chamber of Commerce. It follows that this is due by each of the parties:
- 3% of the value of the property in the case of sale;
- one extra month's rent.
